Papa finally managed to catch up with his good friend, Uncle Uli when he was in Germany on a business trip!

He knew Uncle Uli more than 4 years ago in his previous role in his current company. Uncle Uli was his counterpart based in Bonn , Germany. They became good friends over time and kept in touch even after Uncle Uli left the company.

Papa visited Uncle Uli and family at their house. Papa told us that he really enjoyed the sumptuous dinner prepared by Aunty Christaine. It included asparagus soup (it’s the asparagus season!), asparagus pie, pizza, salad with cheese on tomato (prepared with greens from the garden!) etc. Yummy yummy... we miss it, lucky Papa!

Uncle Uli has two beautiful girls, Lina and Lara. Lina and I are borned in the same year and only 1 month apart! :) Papa hopes that our family could meet up together one day!

I Miss Papa!

Papa is on a business trip to Germany since last Saturday. I miss him. Papa tried to tell me that he would be away for 2 weeks but I do not seem to understand it. In fact, I was happily saying "Bye bye" to Papa when he left the house with his luggage.

Every morning for the past week, I asked Mimi: "Where is Papa? Can you go and find Papa?"

I was very excited when Papa was on the video conference call with me via Skype. I will tell Papa, "I miss you!" and even sing for Papa. However, after a few days, reality sank in. I got frustrated when Papa is not home though I could see and talk to him via Skype daily. I walked to the dinning table, sulked and refused to talk to Papa on Skype.

Yeah! Papa will be home this Saturday afternoon! He has promised to bring nice Belgium chocolates for Mimi, sweets and toys for me! Mimi and I are really looking forward to see Papa! Papa told Mimi that he misses us alot too! :)

Qi's First Haircut!

Papa and Mimi brought me for a haircut at a kids' saloon at United Square after my lesson last weekend. It's my first haircut at a saloon since I was borned! Papa was worried that I would cry aloud and refuse to have the haircut. His fears were unfounded because Qi is a big girl!

Papa requested the hairdresser to play my favourite Dora cartoon! Yeah! I am ready!

Ms. hairdesser aunty, can you be really careful?

I am a happy girl with my new haircut! I had sweets and two stickers from the Aunty hairdresser! Papa complained to Mimi that the haircut was expensive at $20 for a haricut that was less than 10minutes. However, he does admit that the hairdresser Aunty was good and skillful in doing haircut for toodlers.

I am a 32 Months Old Girl!

I am a 32 months old girl today! Papa said I am a cheery, active and cheeky girl!
